Hawaiian Oatcakes - Mixes

You can wake up to a healthy and tasty freshly baked low fat oatcake in the time it takes to make pancakes from a mix. Rich in whole food ingredients such as fiber rich, cholesterol-busting oats, flaxseed and fruit, packaged oatcake mixes require only water and 2 teaspoons of oil to make 6-8, 4 oz oatcakes. People have told us that the mixes work fine without the oil, but we believe this small addition makes the oatcakes especially good. You can either use a sprayed muffin tin or wait a few minutes till the batter stiffens up and scoop them out onto a sprayed cookie sheet, like a scone. You can also add banana or pumpkin to the mixes, or use the mixes as a base for easy and healthy pancakes or cookies. Recipes will be included with your order. Because oats are perishable, we recommend a shelf life of 3-6 months (depending on storage temperature).

Oatcake mixes ship at a flat rate of 8.95 per box. One box fits up to 6 package mixes.
